Delivery and Returns
Delivery
- Delivery to mainland UK takes 1-2 days (Free delivery)
- Delivery to Europe takes 3-7 days
- Delivery to rest of the world takes 5-10 days
- Prices for delivery will vary on each Empureo product due to size and weights. (Please check upon checkout for correct pricing for each product)
Our policy allows returns within 14 days of purchase. For faulty items, you have up to 30 days to request a refund or exchange. If we agree the item is faulty, we will provide either an exchange or a full refund.
Please note that this policy does not apply to faults or damage caused by accident, neglect or misuse of the item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@empureo.com
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs when returning your item, as shipping costs are non-refundable. If the item(s) are collected by us, the collection fee will be deducted from the final refund amount.
