Warranty
Empureo products come with a 2-year warranty on the frame and a standard 1-year warranty on the battery, motor, and controller. Additionally, the battery, motor, and controller are eligible for an extra 1-year warranty at our discretion, subject to the conditions of the standard 1-year warranty. Accessories are covered under a 1-year warranty.
The warranty applies to new Empureo products purchased directly from this website or our partner distributors and is non-transferable. It does not cover “consumable” items such as tyres, tubes, brakes, and chargers or components that fail due to abuse or accidents.
To obtain warranty service for any product that is subject to the foregoing Warranty, the original owner must notify Empureo to obtain a replacement and shall return the defective product to the address specified by Empureo or its partners. This Limited Warranty offered applies only to Empureo products manufactured by or for Empureo. These products must have been purchased through Empureo authorized sales channels and extends only to the original owner of the product.
This warranty does not apply to:
(i) defects or damage caused by misuse, accident (including, without limitation, collision, fire and the spillage of food or liquid), neglect, abuse, alteration, unusual stress, modification, improper or unauthorized repair, installation, testing, or improper storage;
(ii) To damage caused by operating the product/s outside the permitted or intended uses described by Empureo;
(iii) To damage caused by use with non-Empureo products.

Replacement Process:
We stock all the parts for our products and, in the event of a problem, we will normally send out replacement components with instructions to fit. In the rare cases where it is not possible to solve an issue remotely, we may send out a technician or customers may be required to return their product to our workshop for repair. You will be required to return your existing product in accordance with directions that will be provided by Empureo. The owner of such product shall bear all shipping costs for the return of such product to us. Any claim under this Limited Warranty must be submitted to Empureo before the end of the warranty period described above. Please allow up to fourteen (14) business days for your warranty request to be processed.
