Delivery times begin once your order has been dispatched and may be affected by weekends, public holidays or customs delays.
Orders placed Monday to Friday are normally processed and dispatched on the same working day.
Once your order has been dispatched, we will email you a tracking link so you can follow its journey.
Mainland UK delivery is free.
International delivery charges depend on the destination, size and weight of your order. The exact cost will be shown at checkout.
Some e-bikes are delivered boxed and may require minor assembly. Clear instructions are included in the User Guide supplied with your bike.
