Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please review our policy below. We only accept returns for items purchased directly from this website.
Return Eligibility & Timeframes
- If you decide you no longer want your purchase, you have 14 days from the date of receipt to request a return. To qualify, the item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. Please note that return postage costs for unwanted items are non-refundable.
- If your item was damaged in transit, or not what you ordered, you have 30 days from the date of receipt to return it. In this case, we will issue a full refund, including return postage, or provide a replacement at no additional cost. If you choose a replacement, it will be dispatched using the same delivery method you originally selected.

Damages & Issues
We take great care in packaging and shipping our products, but if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please inspect it upon arrival and contact us immediately. We will work quickly to resolve the issue, whether by offering a replacement or issuing a refund.
Exceptions – Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

- Gift cards

Exchanges
